International Team of Inter-American Development Bank Celebrates at Build-A-Bike® Event
The Build-A-Bike® event gave a unique opportunity for IDB’s international team to bond and engage in a fun, meaningful activity. Assembling bicycles for children in need offered a hands-on experience that not only brought joy to the participants but also supported a noble cause. The involvement of a representative from the Boys and Girls Club added a personal touch, making the team’s effort feel even more rewarding.
This event was more than just a team-building exercise; it was a reflection of IDB’s commitment to community and social responsibility. The camaraderie and enthusiasm displayed by the team were palpable, as they worked together to assemble the bikes. Following the Build-A-Bike® activity, the team participated in a Camaraderie Quest, which allowed them to mix and interact in different group dynamics, further strengthening their bonds.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Inter-American Development Bank for their participation in this event and their contribution to the Boys and Girls Club. Their dedication to fostering a collaborative and caring team culture, while making a positive impact on the community, is truly inspiring.
