Pfizer’s finance team assembled for a Build-A-Bike® event at the Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center in Florida. Bringing together 64 team members from across the globe, this event marked the first gathering of a newly formed team. Themed “Beyond RNDI Finance – We Go Beyond,” the event aimed to foster unity and collaboration within the diverse team.

The event at the Embassy Suites saw Pfizer’s finance team engage in an exciting Build-A-Bike® activity. However, this was a special occasion for this group of individuals. Hailing from different parts of the world, it was the first time they came together as a team. The initiative, led by the new leadership, was an exemplary platform for team members to connect and learn about each other beyond their professional roles. Overall, the theme “Beyond RNDI Finance – We Go Beyond” underlined the event’s purpose: to transcend beyond everyday work and build a strong, cohesive team.
The participants, divided into smaller groups, faced the challenge of assembling bicycles under time constraints. This exercise not only bolstered team spirit but also highlighted the importance of collaboration and effective communication. The culmination of the event was deeply impactful as the assembled bikes were donated to the Boys and Girls Club, symbolizing Pfizer’s commitment to community welfare and social responsibility. The sight of the completed bicycles, ready for donation, reinforced the team’s sense of accomplishment and shared purpose.
