Team FUN-damentals is a custom version of our indoor team building event called Creating a Team Culture. The main focus of this activity is to create an atmosphere within your organization where your associates can have fun and feel safe and supported.

Back in the 1990’s, a very popular movie called FISH! was introduced about Pike Place Market in Seattle, and the focus of that movie was that even if you have hard, physical labor involved, you can still have fun at work. The workers at Pike’s have a person on the customer side of the counter who shouts out each order to the back, and the person in the back will throw the huge fish to the front to complete the order. Spectators stand around waiting for a customer to order so they can see the spectacle.

A few years later, Kevin Freiberg wrote a book called NUTS! about Southwest Airlines, and how they have continued to remain profitable while other airlines have gone bankrupt. Most of the book is about how Herb Kelleher, the CEO of Southwest, created a fun, high energy culture that was instrumental in the success of the company.

The Team FUN-damentals version of Creating a Team Culture was designed to help companies purposefully create a team culture where employees are supported, and they have fun in the workplace and fun every day that they come to work. For more information, visit the Creating a Team Culture webpage!
